Ingredients
1 cups SR Flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 egg
Whisk all together then cook in a lightly oiled pan.
Note: You can also use ordinary milk as well.
(I burnt them a little bit but they were still really good!)
